The stay
How many guests can stay?
The Alexandra sleeps 16.
Is the pool heated?
Yes. The pool is heated year-round, for your group alone.
Is there a hot tub?
Yes. A hot tub is part of the estate, with the heated pool.
Is there a pickleball court?
Yes. There is a private pickleball court on the property.
Is there an arcade?
Yes. An arcade and game room are on site.
Is a golf cart included?
Yes. A six-seater, street-legal golf cart is included with every booking — charged and waiting on arrival. There is no extra fee for the cart.
How far is the beach?
About three hundred steps — a three-minute walk — to the sand at Point of Rocks. Siesta Beach is a 3 min walk, Siesta Key Village a 6 min drive, St. Armands Circle 15 min, and SRQ airport 25 min.
How do I book, and who answers?
Book direct with Tyler at stay@thealexandrakey.com. You deal only with the hosts. Tyler answers every message personally, usually within the hour, and lives minutes away.
